Prenatal Yoga

During pregnancy our bodies go through the largest amount of change they have done since hitting puberty, which is why taking care of our amazing bodies throughout pregnancy should be a big priority, but is often something we can so easily neglect.

I found throughout my pregnancy prenatal yoga worked at a completely different level to my previous yoga practice, as it really allowed me to connect and give back to my body when it needed it the most.

From relieving built up tension, working deep into those sticky and uncomfortable parts of the body to the incredibly calming meditative state of mind breathwork creates.

Practicing yoga during your pregnancy is a purely magical and beautiful way to give back to yourself, your body and connect to your baby.

Postnatal Yoga

Self care can really take the back seat once our gorgeous little ones arrive, but it's so important to make some time for yourself.

Postnatal yoga is a fantastic way to build back strength after pregnancy, to regaining pelvic floor stability, to help realign the body, and stretch out all those little niggles and areas of tension which build up through feeding, carrying babies around, doing everything one handed and generally using our bodies so much more and in so many new ways.

Postnatal yoga is designed for you wonderful mummies but is a baby led class, breaks for feeding, changing, cuddling etc... are all very welcome, and I am there to help in any way I can with your little ones to allow you as much time as you can get to move your body, find your breath and have a very well deserved place to relax and unwind.
