What is Holistic Life Coaching?
Holstic Life Coaching looks at a person as a whole, understanding when there is an imbalance in one area of life, a ripple effect is created throughout every other area.
Coaching is a partnership, an empowering way to work towards goals by co-creating action steps and understanding the root causes of limiting beliefs or blocks which may have previously held you back from achieving your goals and desires.
Through coaching sessions we work together to subconsciously re-write these thoughts and ideas, replacing them with new and empowered belief systems, creating confidence in yourself and a mindset shift that will support long lasting change.

Any goal or desire you have, that you would like to achieve, is a perfect reason to come to coaching.
I trained as a coach because I found Pregnancy and the Postnatal Period some of the toughest changes to navigate, I've spent a lot of time working on my mindset and re-writing a lot of negative beliefs I held, and I want to support you with whatever changes you are moving through in pregnancy and motherhood.
